Positive: Clean, modern, security and property staff were amazing. Safe gated complex, and vendors nearby for laundry and grocery items, and street food.
Negative: A little far from main town area, internet was very unstable and I was not able to work from my laptop consistently without having a hotspot of my own. They tried to bring better router but it was in and out constantly. It caused significant issues with my work. The window and sliding door had no locks. The window frame was bent and allowed hot air in. Even with AC going the apartment was relatively warm. For first several days there was a bird nest in the AC unit, very noisy baby birds in the early morning and it was on the headwall. Eventually the birds left.
